• Cooperate with the delivery schedule and feedback cycles

Failure to cooperate may delay or impact project outcomes and does not entitle the client to a refund.

Clients retain ownership of their own trademarks, brand assets, and data.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties. This includes proprietary methods, pricing, and strategic materials.

We do not guarantee specific results, sales, or ROI unless explicitly stated. Results can vary based on market factors, client participation, and budget.
All services are provided “as is” and without warranty.

InsureBOOSTERS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client within the last 90 days of service.

We reserve the right to terminate service or client relationships at our discretion for breach of terms or misuse. Clients may also terminate in writing as outlined in the service agreement.
